Wireframes as visual stories can tell a story of a persona moving through a scenario. We can use them to demonstrate a streamlined experience and how we promote an emotional connection. These vignettes helped me enroll executives and customers.

- Two months of intensive collaboration with Product and UX in small, LEAN teams.
- Personas and user-task-based scenarios integrated into MRDs.
- Visualization of the end-to-end experience as detailed wireframes (~ 250 unique screens).
- Complete interaction model demonstrating how all elements worked together.
- Usability testing to iterate.
- Presented seven scenarios with complete screen walkthroughs at user group meetings.
