Complex Design and Prototype
By moving fast from concept to code, we reduce learning cycles from months to days. By iterating, we know we have a great product from the start, one that users love and are willing to buy.
The Most Complex View of a Progressively Revealed Screen
1
problem
- Engineering team was not good at producing pixel-perfect code (very rough approximations).

- Collocated the UX Design and Engineering teams for rapid iteration.
3
impact
- Moving fast from concept to code reduced cycles from months to ten days.
- Prototypes enabled us to validate concepts in the marketplace and the usability of our designs throughout development.
- We taught our Product Mgmt and Engineering teams to start with the intended experience and work backwards to the technology.
